Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from your order date.  We ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays.  Orders requiring additional customization may take longer. 

Unless otherwise noted basic shipping through USPS is included on all orders.   We are not responsible for lost packages that are registered as "delivered."  We do offer an upgraded shipping option through UPS If you are concerned about tracking your package.
